Kathmandu
Valley Water Management Support Project
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved two loans under
the Kathmandu Valley Water Services Sector Development Program
(KVWSSDP) to support the Government's package of institutional
reforms in Kathmandu Valley. These loans will be used for
the restructuring of NWSC, as well as the establishment of
three key entities - the Water Authority (WA), the Water Utility
Operator (WUO), and the National Water Supply Regulatory Board
